Students of class lX to Xll of Vardhman Academy Railway Road, Meerut,participated in the Book Review writing activity. A book review is a critical evaluation of a literary work, providing an insightful analysis of its content, themes, and style. It helps readers decide if the book is worth reading and fosters discussion about literature.
Students of Class IX enthusiastically reviewed the book "Malgudi Days" by R.K.Narayan and "Roads to Mussorie " by Ruskin Bond.Their insight highlighted themes, character analysis, and authorial intent.
Class X students reviewed "The Jungle Book" by Rudyard Kipling and "Alice in Wonderland " by Lewis Carroll. They wrote review that showcased comprehension of plot, symbolism, and literary devices.
Class Xl students analyzed the novel "Robinson Crusoe" by Daniel Defoe and the book, "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" by Arthur Conan Doyle. Their reviews demonstrated understanding of narrative structure and character development.
Class Xll students reviewed "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini and the drama "Hamlet" by William Shakespeare. Their review delved into complex themes, moral dilemmas, and authorial craftsmanship.It was a remarkable move to enhance their English .Our revered Principal Mrs. Rupali Chaudhary appreciated the efforts made by the students and encouraged them to participate more enthusiastically in extracurricular activities to develop their holistic personality.
