English Interhouse Debate Competition
"DEBATE : WHERE IDEAS COLLIDE AND MINDS EXPAND."
The English Interhouse Debate Competition was held on 3 May, 2025 at Vardhman Academy, Railway Road, Meerut with great enthusiasm and active participation. The competition aims to enhance public speaking skills and critical thinking among students.
Students from class X and XII participated, representing their respective houses. The topic of the debate was "FREEDOM OF PRESS CHALLENGES THE PILLARS OF DEMOCRACY."Each speaker presented their views with confidence and eloquence, providing strong arguments and counterarguments. After a fierce and intellectually stimulating competition JATIN of TAGORE HOUSE ,FIRST and MANAN of ASHOKA HOUSE ,SECOND were declared the winners "FOR THE MOTION".
AVNI of SHIVAJI HOUSE,FIRST and ZOYA of JAWAHAR HOUSE, SECOND were declared the winners "AGAINST THE MOTION".
Our Principal Ms Rupali Chaudhary congratulated all participants for their spirited performance and highlighted the importance of such events in fostering a healthy exchange of ideas and enhancing communication skills.
