As a part of the Van Mahotsav celebrations and the "एक पेड़ माँ के नाम" campaign,, the Quantum Club of Vardhman Academy, Railway Road, Meerut, successfully organized a unique and meaningful activity with the enthusiastic participation of class 9th and 10th students, titled "Navgrah Vatika with medicinal plants" to promote environmental awareness and encourage students to develop a lifelong bond with nature.
The programme was graced by our respected Principal, Ms. Rupali Chaudhary, who inspired everyone by planting a sapling and highlighting the importance of protecting the environment for future generations. Students enthusiastically participated in the plantation drive by planting a variety of medicinal and sacred plants associated with the Navgrah concept, learning about their ecological, cultural, and medicinal significance.
The activity instilled in students the values of environmental responsibility, conservation, and sustainable living. Through this initiative, the Quantum Club reaffirmed its commitment to creating a greener and healthier future.
